About

Hi, I am Rob Grissom a 41 year old Category 4 Road Racer who lives, trains and races in Kentucky.

I have been racing for 3 seasons, 1 season unattached and 2 seasons racing for the developmental racing team, Main Street Velo of Shelbyville Ky.

I decided to that I needed to do a better job of logging my progress and decided to share my trials and tribulations with the world. Why? I have had a hard time finding some online resources and help along the way but as a developmental cyclist I have learned the best way to improve is to become a student and ask for help.

I will be covering my day to day training, tips, race status and hopefully progress.

All of this also gives me a place to point new team mates and coaches when they have questions about what I have done or progress I have made.

To learn more about me and my progress check back when ever you can. You can also see my race resume here.
